“I am a mom of a 4 year old and a 14 month old. Since my older one was 18 mos, I have been attending workshops led by Barbara. Some of them were: a 4 week workshop on setting limits, a two part workshop on triggers and an ongoing workshop on non-defensive communication. As my children grow, I face different kinds of hardships and there are always Barbara’s workshops to enlighten my parenting journey. She pours her heart out to the parents in the room and takes us to the place where we want to be as mothers and fathers. I am happy to know that there will be more of Barbara’s workshops for my future challenges.”
